How to exchange the new water-based ink for your printer?

We often receive feedback from customers who find that their new ink (found in local market) doesn’t work well after changing it, and they switch back to AntPrint ink. What should they do? This video will show you how to replace the ink.

Steps:

  1. Pump out the old ink from the bottle;
  2. Clean the ink bottle totally;
  3. Add new ink to the ink bottle;
  4. Replace the ink  dampers one by one;
  5. Do the ink suction from the new dampers one by one;
  6. Reload the ink from the software;
  7. Print the nozzle, ensuring the test strip is complete and color is not mixed.
