If the distance is too far from head to clean unit, the printer will not clean the head successfully, even you do the ink suction by manually, there will not any ink come out. So you will need to adjust the clean unit height to solve this problems (It always happen the double head uv flatbed printer, two head height is different and it will make one head can not touch to the clean unit)
- Antprint company will offer you the extra grommets when we sent you the new printer; you will watch it when you open your wooden case;
- How many grommet should you set? Maybe two pcs, maybe four pcs, it will be depend on the distance from head to clean unit.
- Be sure the clean unit surface is flatbed after you set these grommet.
